The Director of Nursing is responsible for daily operation of the nursing department, nursing staff schedules, and directly supervising all nursing staff. They will report to the Facility Administrator, along with the Company Director of Clinical Support. 

 Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Administrator
• Monitor daily work assignments for completion and accuracy.
• Provide training and direction to staff in accordance with facility policy.
• Round with providers
• Process new orders
• Weekly and monthly audits 
• Assist with personal care and medication administration. 
• Charting and other paperwork 
• Interact with residents and address their needs.
• Report changes in resident's health and behavior
• Coordinate resident's care needs with providers and outside resources
• On call, staffing and scheduling.
• Other assignments as assigned.
